SHOP AND WAREHOUSE FOR FURNITURE, BUILDING MATERIALS, FLOORING AND OTHER INDUSTRIAL GOODS – BUILDING, TO EXISTING BUILDING IN UPI 1-134, SQ.2, M. YAKUBA, PI 55155.20.214 ON THE PLAN OF THE CITY PAZARDJIK

Scope: The warehouse building is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure on two levels with a floor area of 3357.45 m2. The structure is designed as a combination of precast concrete columns with a main section of 60/60 cm and a precast concrete roof structure. With regard to the precast construction – the columns are installed in precast cups with precast mortar. The roof structure consists of a combination of L and T pre-stressed main beams 70cm high and double span 12.95m. Pre-stressed capitals with a height of 75 cm and a T-section of 70/30 cm and a length of 13.60 m are placed on the main beams.
