Scope: The site consists of two commercial buildingsThe commercial building is a prefabricated frame reinforced concrete structure on one level with a floor area of 12 437 m2. The structure is designed as a combination of precast reinforced concrete columns with a 70/70cm main section and a precast reinforced concrete roof structure. With regard to the prefabricated structure – the columns are installed in pre-fabricated precast cups with grout. The roof structure consists of a combination of I prestressed main beams 150cm high and 27m long. On top of the main beams step pre-stressed capitals 75 cm high and 12,00 m long.
