Scope: The warehouse building has a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure with a total area of 6,975 sq m. The structure is designed as a combination of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns with a basic section of 80/80 cm, 70/70 cm and 60/60 cm, as well as a prefabricated reinforced concrete roof structure. The main roof beams are prefabricated, prestressed, with a double T section, 150cm high, “Capriata” type, with a span of 28m. and T89 with an opening of 8m. The roof capitals are prefabricated, pre-stressed with a T section, with a height of 75cm – with an opening of 12.0m. Floor panels in the office area are prefabricated spirol type. Floor beams in the office area are prefabricated, pre-stressed, with an L section, 80cm high, with an opening of 8.0m.
