GLAVBOLGARSTROY PREFAB EAD was founded in February 2022. As of February 2023 the state-of-the-art contemporary factory near Pazardzhikhas been fully equipped and commissioned and within the first six months of operation has successfully completed structures with a total BUA of over 40 000 sq.m.
The company’s expertise encompasses the complete range of services from preliminaryproject studies, technical design, elements’ manufacture, transport and assembly of the precast structure on site –with particular focus on industrial, storage and commercial projects.
A team of highly-qualified and skilled professionalsis able to deliver detailed technical and cost analysis to our clients with the aim to determine the best solution within a range of possibilities.
In addition to the main precast structure, we can offer a wide range of contemporary solutions for roof and façade cladding.
The brand-new factory is situated in close proximity to”Trakia” highway and provides optimal transport distance to the country’s major industrial developments.
The manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest and bestin production plant provided by leading manufacturers of precast equipment –Progress Group/Tecnocom. The state-of-the-art solutions based on fully automated hydraulic drive allow forultra-fast and safe manufacturing process. The high-precision steel mouldsprovide high-quality surface finish of the elements.
The high-grade concrete mixtures are being produced in-house by a dedicated, fully-automated andhighly-efficient concrete batching plant specialized for precast manufacture –produced and delivered by EUROMECC.
The concrete elements are being produced indoors and within a fully controlled environment. A certified and integrated manufacturing and management system has been introduced coupled
with a dedicated in-house laboratory for material testing and quality assurance.
