Scope: The site is a warehouse building with a separate administrative part on three levels. Floor area 6 405 m2. Precast reinforced concrete foundation consisting of a reinforced concrete foundation cup and cast-in-place concrete footing, reinforced concrete columns, main beams, roof capitals, floor panels /HCE320/ and floor beams. Precast columns 80/80cm(70/70cm) cross section, with tuning forks at the main beam step. The main roof beams are precast double T section, 150cm high, with a span of 27.00m. Roof capitals are precast pre-stressed T-section, 75cm high – with opening 9.0/12.0m Floor beams are precast pre-stressed rectangular section, 70(80)cm high – with opening 8.30/8.40m.
